DELETE YOUR TEMPORAL APEX DATA
This page explains how to delete your data from Temporal Apex, the Android game published on Google Play by Semper Fi Games (Temecula, California, USA). Package name: com.temporalapexstudios.game.
Temporal Apex has no accounts or logins, so there is nothing to sign in to. You can request deletion by email, and we complete every request within 30 days.
Request deletion of your data
- Find your Player ID. In the game, tap PACKS to open the Store, then tap SHARD FORGE. Your ID is shown at the top left under "YOUR PLAYER ID" (it looks like TA-7F3K-9Q2M). Tap COPY to copy it.
- Email us at support@temporalapex.com with the subject "Delete my Temporal Apex data."
- Include your Player ID, and the email address you used if you signed up for the riddle email or testing, or contacted support. If you no longer have the game installed and don't know your Player ID, send the email address only and we will delete what is linked to it.
- We confirm by replying to your email. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address, so that nobody else can delete your data.
- We delete your data within 30 days of receiving the request and email you when it is done.
You can also unsubscribe from the monthly email at any time using the link in any email, and ask for just your email address to be deleted.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted within 30 days
- Gift and claim records linked to your Player ID on our game server, and the fingerprint of your device token
- Your sign-up form response (name, email address, Player ID) in our sign-up spreadsheet
- Your support, bug report and idea emails
- Planet data and display name, once online play is available
Kept, and for how long
- A short note that you asked to be deleted or unsubscribed, so we do not contact you again
- Server and hosting logs (IP address, request time), kept by our hosting provider Railway for a short time and then deleted automatically on Railway's schedule; our server keeps no log of its own
- Records the law requires us to keep, such as tax or accounting records, only for as long as required
Data held by Google
Some data is held by Google, not by us, and Google controls its deletion:
- Purchases are records in your Google Play account. Deleting your game data does not remove what you bought; reinstall the game and tap RESTORE PURCHASES to get it back.
- Ads: to reset or delete your advertising ID, open your device's Settings, then Privacy (or Google), then Ads. To change your ad consent choice, open the game's Settings, then Ad privacy, then PRIVACY CHOICES (shown where the choice applies).
- Google Play Games cloud save: if you are signed in to Play Games, your progress, your Player ID and the game's device token are also saved in your Google Play Games cloud save, so they come back when you reinstall. To delete that copy, open the Google Play Games app (or Google Play Games on PC), go to your profile, then Settings, and delete the data for Temporal Apex (or your whole Play Games account). Achievements and scores are managed there too, or at myaccount.google.com. Delete the cloud save before clearing the game on your device, or the game restores your progress the next time you sign in.
Progress saved on your device
Your level, Shards, upgrades, unlocks, relics and settings are saved on your device (and your progress in your Google Play Games cloud save, see above), not on our server. To delete them, uninstall Temporal Apex, or open your device's Settings, then Apps, then Temporal Apex, then Storage, and tap Clear storage (or Clear data). This deletes them immediately and cannot be undone. Your Player ID and device token are stored on your device as well, so they are removed from the device too.
More detail is in our Privacy Policy. Questions: support@temporalapex.com.
